Before leaving the beach today, I decided to take some snapshots of the sun setting. I tried to capture the twilight phase and this is what I got.
FYI: Twilight is defined as the soft, diffused light from the sky when the sun is below the horizon, either from daybreak to sunrise or, more commonly, from sunset to nightfall. New Target on Blue Angel Parkway!!!

Last Tuesday, I was invited to for "soft launch" of the new Target store on Blue Angel Parkway on the west side of Pensacola. The store officially has their grand opening on March 8 th, but Target opened the store up to employees and their friends and family. At the event, the Escambia High School band provided live music. Also, Yo the Balloon Man made balloon animals for the kid, sand a caricature artist made silly drawing of people. It was quite interesting to see a brand new store that hasn't been beaten up by the public. Everything looked picture perfect. The aisles were all fully stocked. You would've been hard-pressed to find an empty product slot or peg in the store. My camera phone was running low on memory, so I wasn't able to take as many pictures as I wanted, but here's a few that I manage to snap:

Cordova Mall Food Court Sneak Preview

Many of you who frequent Cordova Mall know that the food court has been under construction for quite some time. Today, I managed to sneak my camera phone and snap some pictures of the construction progress.   From what I could see, there is still a lot of work to be done, but I think the final results will make everyone happy. I just hope they step up the construction work and they don't piss off too many people with having to deal with the current cramped eating area that they have been torturing people with.
